Is-sinjal għal UĠIGĦ TA’ DAHAR (ISFEL) għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel, id waħda fil-forma ta’ 5 tmiss il-parti t’isfel tad-dahar billi ddur fuqha. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal UĠIGĦ. L-id tinżel ftit ’l isfel fil-ġenb u tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 bis-swaba’ apparti u l-pala tħares ’il ġewwa. L-id ixxejjer bil-ponot tas-swaba’ jħarsu ’l isfel.

The sign for LOWER BACK PAIN has two parts. (i) First, one hand takes the shape of 5 and touches the lower back by turning back onto it. (ii) Then the sign for PAIN is made. The hand moves down a little to the side and takes the shape of 5 with fingers apart and the palm facing inwards. The hand waves with the fingertips pointing downwards.
